eGraph customers have the opportunity to contact MPSG's or our partners support desk, if any problems or issues should arise in relation to the use of the software system. This right to contact MPSG, or our partners, depends on the type of support agreement. Contact MPSG for further information about the agreements. Contact can be made with MPSG's support desk during opening hours, which are currently: Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am - 4.00 pm CET, and Friday 9.00 am - 3.00 pm CET. Contact must be made by the person or persons appointed as super users of the program.
